What I did
I led backend engineering and delivery: Spring Boot services on Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and the reliability practices that let the team ship continuously — and I mentored the engineers around me.
The outcome
A dependable backend and delivery pipeline that scaled with the product. I moved from Software Engineer to Backend Lead and then Software Engineering Lead.
